How to Use your Dream Balm:
- Dab balm behind your ears and under your nose just before bed. Take in a few deep breaths & let go of the day. Use alchemic essential oil blend next (see suggested use below).
- Bonus! Dream balm doubles as a moisturizer to keep your skin silky smooth. Can also be used on lips!
- Keep it in a cool, dry spot, and if it gets too soft, pop it in the fridge to firm up.

- Close your eyes & deeply breathe in Essential Oil aroma from vial for a sense of peace.
- Dab a drop of oil behind ears, on wrists and/or under feet.
