The name Sparrow Song comes from the imagery the name initially provided me...the sound of a bird singing, the sparrow when arising in the morning symbolizing the start of a new day and all of the possibilities it holds.
I relate my treatments to this same feeling. The positivity and possibilities that emerge when you truly start to allow time to nurture yourself and pay attention to your own needs (our bodies tell us a lot if we listen), in turn decreasing stress, increasing energy and unraveling passions, inspirations and clarity that you naturally have within you waiting to be explored.
